Meet the Artist

I’m Alexandra, the artist, and teacher behind Alexandra Victoria Studio.

A little more about me, being born and raised in Canada I have had the privilege of spending much of my time exploring the beautiful nature here. I cannot help but be drawn in by the beauty of God’s creation when I am hiking among the wildflowers, or watching the mist settle in the forest. I want to capture this through my artwork.

I have been drawing for as long as I can remember, and eventually, my love for sketching grew into a passion for watercolour. I started my first small business, Flourish and Form, in 2018 selling cards, prints, stickers, and some custom painting. As the business grew, and more and more people asked me if I taught watercolour, I took the intimidating leap and taught my first watercolour class. Immediately I knew, this is what I want to be doing. A year of classes later and Alexandra Victoria Studio was born. To be a part of an individual’s journey, where they discover a passion for art and creativity through my classes, murals, and fine art only continues to fuel my own love for creating.
